Rental Opportunities
The City Deal is providing new infrastructure to create jobs, sector growth and opportunities for businesses.
Tenancy opportunities, including offices, shared working, laboratory and laydown spaces have been created across many of the projects.
Supplier Opportunities
The City Deal stakeholders want local businesses to benefit from the major investment across the region and Lead Delivery Organisations are encouraged to source as locally as possible when tendering for goods or services.

Events
Attending and exhibiting at events is an effective way to promote the City Deal and to support programme and project activity.
They help raise awareness across a range of audiences, provide an opportunity for people to meet the project teams, and allow the team to meet new businesses and contacts, and help building existing relationships.

From time to time opportunities arise to be part of the City Deal family through the Lead Deliver Organisations and within the central team.
