Property Development Fund

This is a £10 fund that has been developed to support the viability of private sector schemes to develop bespoke and speculative buildings in the Port Talbot Waterfront Enterprise Zone (Harbourside, Baglan Energy Park and Baglan Industrial Estate). 

The Fund has completed a first call for expressions of interest and the second call is due to close in 2026.
