The Campuses project is led by Swansea University in partnership with Swansea Council, Swansea Bay University Health Board, Hywel Dda University Health Board, A Regional Collaboration for Health (ARCH) and key private sector partners. It will focus on:
- Dedicated research and innovation space within the Sketty Lane Sports Park at Swansea University's Singleton Campus
- The refurbishment of an existing building at the Moriston Hospital for commercial and academic collaboration, alongside clinical research and development.
- Creating a sector focused network of expertise.
This Swansea based project will deliver:
- 1,120 jobs
- 2,000 sq. metres of Sports Tech and Med Tech research and innovation space
- 700 sq. meters centre for commercial and academic collaboration
- A network of over 300 cluster companies
- Over 100 innovation and commercial opportunities
- £150 million contribution to regional GVA

The refurbishment of the Management Centre with the expansion of Institute of Life Sciences activities within a refurbished 700 sq. meter facility at the Morriston Hospital site.
