A growing Welsh manufacturing and engineering business has become the latest company to invest in Swansea Bay City Deal-supported facilities at Pembroke Port.
This further demonstrates the role of the Pembroke Dock Marine project in driving business growth, attracting private sector investment and supporting skilled employment opportunities across the region.
Berkeley Coachworks Ltd, part of the Berkeley Group, has taken occupation of Falcon House, one of the historic Hangar Annexes at Pembroke Port, to support the next phase of its expansion. The move highlights increasing demand for the high-quality commercial accommodation created through the Swansea Bay City Deal-funded Pembroke Dock Marine project, which is transforming historic infrastructure into modern facilities for marine, engineering and manufacturing businesses.
Falcon House is one of four Grade II-listed former Royal Air Force hangar annexes that have been carefully refurbished through the Pembroke Dock Marine project. The renovation has created modern, flexible workspace that combines Pembroke Dock's rich industrial heritage with the needs of ambitious, growing businesses.
